Pulimurugan to become the highest South Indian Grosser ever in UAE/GCC market by surpassing Kabali
Pulimurugan, the Mohanlal starrer not only become the biggest Mollywood grosser ever in Kerala and other worldwide markets, but also the highest South Indian grosser ever in many overseas markets.
As you all know, it had already become the highest grosser from South India at New Zealand and it had surpassed the collection records set there by movie like Theri and Ai from Vijay and Vikram respectively.
Now, the film is all set to surpass the record set by Super Star Rajinikanth movie Kabali at UAE/GCC market and become the biggest ever South Indian grosser in that part of the world.
Kabali had grossed around 27 crores from there in its lifetime run and Pulimurugan had already grossed near 25 crores from there in just 10 day time. It had grossed over 17 crores from UAE market alone in 10 days.
From Bahrain it grossed 1.94 crore from 10 days and from Kuwait it grossed 1.88 crores. Qatar contributed 2.12 crore and Oman contributed 1.60 crore from 10 day.
The total figure from UAE/GCC market from 10 days is 24.77 crore. Within a few days it will cross the 27 crore mark and will surpass Kabali. The distributors are expecting a lifetime figure around 35 crore for the movie from there.
