Actor Jayasurya in legal trouble as Court ordered to register case against him

Actor Jayasurya, who is having a good time as an actor in Mollywood had landed in legal trouble as Muvatupuzha Vigilance court had ordered to register case against him for illegally using land near backwaters in Kochi. He had accused of using backwater area for building property there. Ernakaulam Vigilance Court had ordered to the DYSP of Police to start investigation against Jayasurya in this matter. Apart from Jayasurya, 4 others are also involved in this case and they are Ex-Secretary of Kochi Corporation, V R Raju, Ex-Assistant executive Engineer N M George, Present Assisatnt Executive engineer A Nizar and Kanayannoor Taluk head Surveyor Rajeev Joseph. They will also face the investigation from the police.

The property under involved in the case is a 37 cent land area which illegally acquired by Jayasurya near Chilavannoor Backwater area at Kadavanthara. Kanayannoor Taluk Surveyoe had found out this problem and at first the case was under Thrissur Vigilance court. Then Judge SS Vasan had handed over the case to Muvatupuzha Vigilance court under the jurisdiction of which the area under question comes.

The case was given against these people by a social worker Gireesh babu in 2013 and court had ordered to find out the truth regarding this by measure the land area correctly according to law and also ordered to find out whether Jaysurya had resorted to illegal ways to make a Boat Jetty and surrounding wall in that area specified.

In 2013, the court had issued a notice to Jayasurya to collapse that surrounding wall he had built around the property. They had ordered Kanayannoor Taluk head to examine the matter as well. But no actions were taken till now and that lead the matter to court again and which led to this order by the court.

As per report Jayasurya had broken the law in two matters. One is that he had broken the municipal building act and the other one is regarding the protection of coastal area. Anyway, this one seems to have landed Jayasurya in real trouble.
