Dulquer Salmaan is currently busy shooting for his new film with director Rosshan Andrrews. Bobby-Sanjay is scripting the film, which is said to be an investigative thriller. Dulquer is playing a full-fledged cop role for the the first time in his career and naturally expectations are high. The star was recently spotted in khakis at the film’s sets and the location stills are already trending among fans in social media platforms. It will be interesting to see if Dulquer essays a ‘massy’ larger-than-life cop role or an ordinary policeman just like we see in normal lives.

Dulquer himself is producing the film under his banner Wayfarer Films. Bollywood actress Diana Penty of ‘Cocktail’ fame has been signed as the female lead. Manoj K Jayan, Saniya Iyappan and Lakshmi Gopalaswamy will also be seen in important roles. Aslam K Purayil handles the camera and veteran Sreekar Prasad is in charge of the editing side. The makers have also roped in Santhosh Narayanan, one of Tamil cinema’s most popular composers. It is worth a mention that director Rosshan has previously worked with Santhosh Narayanan in ’36 Vayadhinile’, the Tamil remake of ‘How Old Are You?’.
