It’s a wrap for Unni Mukundan starrer Meppadiyaan
Shoot for Unni Mukundan’s new film ‘Meppadiyaan’ has successfully been wrapped up. The film went on floors in October on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadhashami. It took just over a month for the entire shoot to be completed, which is a commendable effort taking in consideration the restrictions enforced due to the pandemic.
‘Meppadiyaan’ is written and directed by debutant Vishnu Mohan. The film is touted to be a complete family entertainer. Unni will be seen as an ordinary guy named Jayakrishnan in the film. Anju Kurian is paired with him. There is also an elaborate supporting cast comprising of actors like Indrans, Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Vijay Babu, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Aparna Janardhanan, Nisha Sarang, Kundara Johny, Major Ravi, Sreejith Ravi, Kottayam Ramesh and Pauly Valsan.
In the technical side, Neil D’Cunha is the cinematographer and music is by Rahul Subramanian. Shameer Muhammad is the editor and art department is handled by Sabu Mohan. Unni Mukundan is producing the film under his own banner of UMF.
