Universal Star Mohanlal is going through a busy schedule as always. We can say without any doubt that he is the most in demand star in Mollywood and that is why filmmakers and producers are lined up to get his consent for their films. There is a proverb which says that well begun is half done. But in Mollywood the proverb has a slight change and it is like “Get Mohanlal in the film and half of the battle is won”. The actor has a huge fan base not only here in Kerala but all over South India.
Recently Mohanlal has acted in a Tamil and Kannada film and both became super hits there. Even though he acted along with the stars of their industry in those films all of the appreciation was for him for his superior acting skills for which he is praised all over India and abroad. People from other states have a tremendous amount of respect for him and many times they have shown it as well. Telugu super stars like Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan Teja etc have said that they are the great admirers of Mohanlal and that he is their favorite actor too. They say that if there is an actor in India who cannot be imitated while remaking his films to other language then it is Mohanlal.
Now the news is coming in that after 21 years Mohanlal may come back to Telugu film industry and do a very important character in a film named Nuvve Na Pranamani in which he is said to be playing a powerful police officer role. The film is said to be a romantic drama set in rural areas and has importance for action and thrill as well. Suraj and Kavitha Radheshyam are also playing the lead roles along with Mohanlal in the movie.
The flick will be conceived by a debutant Suresh Vamshi and popular comedians like Ali and Jayaprakash Narayan will also play key roles in the film as well. Actress Kavitha is quite thrilled to share screen space with the Complete actor and legend Mohanlal and she says it will be really an honor to act along with him and that she is eagerly waiting for the moment. Mohanlal’s last Telugu film was Gandeevam which was a successful affair released in 1994.
