ALIIFF is all set to start from the coming November 15 as you all know and as a part of that even they are conducting a contest of photography as well. The competition window has opened and whoever wants to participate can send their submission based on the theme of cinema and Life before 10th November. The winner of the contest awaits great prizes. He/she gets 10000 Rs cash prize along with once in a Life Time chance to meet the super star Mohanlal personally and spend some time with him. The winners of the contest will be declared at Le Median Hotel Kochi, On 15th November. It is the day on which the All Lights India International Film Festival Starts at Kochi.
There are some rules and regulations for the contest as well. They are, the photo submitting for the contest should be in JPEG format with EXIF data, the voting system is such that 1 like is equal to one vote and 1 share is equal to 5 votes, the voters have to like the official page of ALIIFF to get the updates about the contest and the festival, the theme of the photo submitting should be Cinema and Life as stated above, and the final one is that all participants have to send in with the full personal contact details of theirs to the email ID which is rahul@aliiff.com.
ALIIFF had already the second biggest film festival in Asia and is all set to promote the regional Indian film to international level with this festival. There are many categories including for women, for children, for short film makers, feature films etc. The festival had roped in two of the greatest actors in Indian screen, Mohanlal and Kamala hasan as the brand ambassadors of Malayalam and Tamil cinema respectively.
There many other celebrities like Venkitesh, Manju warrier , Kalki kocheilin, Nikki Galrani etc also becomes the part of the festival representing different category of films and different regions of cinema. The Indywood film market is the main attraction of the event which will mark as a milestone in Indian film history as well.
