Jacobinte Swargarajyam Final Collection Report – Kerala

Nivin Pauly who is going through the golden period in his career had scored yet another blockbuster success through Jacobinte Swargarajyam which was written and directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan. The flick which released on April 8 this year had got great reviews from the word go and become a blockbuster success among the Vishu releases in Mollywood.

The film grossed 20 crore from Kerala alone and become Nivin Pauly’s 4th consecutive movie to gross more than 20 crore rupees and also to complete 100 days of theatrical run here in Kerala. The final Kerala gross of this film is 23.2 crore and it is the biggest success in Mollywood this year.

Renji Panicker, Sreenath Bhasi, Aima Sebastian, Sai Kumar, TG Ravi, Ashwin, Reeba etc played important characters in this film which is made based on a real life incident. Director and writer of this movie, Vineeth Sreenivasan too played a cameo in this flick. Renji Panicker had played the title character of Jacob and Nivin Pauly played his elder son in this movie.

Shan Rahman composed the music for this film and Aju Varghese who worked as an assistant director to Vineeth Sreenivasan in this movie played a cameo in it as well. Nivin Pauly’s first movie in this year, named Action Hero Biju also was a blockbuster.
