Kammatipaadam Collection Report – 4 Days

Rajeev Ravi’s third directorial venture Kammatipaadam had hit the screens all over on 20th May. From the first day itself the film impressed the audience and critics alike. Even though it had generated mixed reactions from the common audience, people who love Rajeev Ravi films rushed to the screens to watch it.

The presence of Dulquer Salmaan as male lead of the film also made a lot of youngsters to watch the film in its first weekend itself. Even though it did not made a gigantic opening like Dulquer’s earlier films Kali and Charlie, the first weekend total figure of the film is around 3.9 crore. We had reported the reasons for the comparatively small opening the film 2 days back. The latest reports that came in from trade guides says that the film had reached near 4.8 crore from 4 days.

On Monday, the film had a decent run here in Kerala and got around 90 lakhs. Thus the total figure reached above 4.8 crore. The share of the film is around 2.3 crore as of now. Kammatipadam is a big budget film and it have to keep a steady run at box office to make profit out of the theater run.

The critics had given the film thumps up and that had helped to attract more and more film lovers to the screens to watch this film. From Ernakulam Multiplexes, the film had grossed above 32 lakhs from 4 days. The lack of support from Family audience is the biggest problem Kammatipaadam is facing when we talk about the long run chances of the movie.
