Kerala Box Office: Achayans 21 Days Collection Report

The multistarrer Achayans directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam was released on May 19 along with Asif Ali’s Adventures Of Omanakuttan and Tovino Thomas’ Godha. Achayans features a host of actors including Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Unni Mukundan, Amala Paul, Anu Sithara, Adil Ibrahim and Sanju Sivaram among others.

Achayans, written by Sethu was promoted as a fun filled entertainer. The movie opened to mixed reviews from the critics with a watchable tag. According to latest reports from trade sources, Achayans has managed to gross only Rs 4.85 crores from it’s 21 days theatrical run from the Kerala box office. The movie has already been termed as a box office failure. It is on the verge of a washout from theatres.

Achayans, produced by C K Padmakumar under the banner of DNVP Creations had a plethora of supporting actors. Veteran actor Siddique, Manianpillai Raju, Saju Navodaya, Ramesh Pisharody, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Suji Varunee and many others are part of the cast.

Gopi Sunder handled the music department while Pradeep Nair cranked the camera for this movie.
