Kerala Box Office : Janatha Garage First Day Collection

Janatha Garage, the much awaited Tollywood movie has been released all over last day and getting highly positive reviews from all around the globe. The Complete Actor Mohanlal and Young Tiger Jr NTR played the lead in this Koratala Siva movie produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The film had released around 2500 screens globally and in Kerala, the Malayalam dubbed version of the movie has been got 120 screens and it was a record for a dubbed movie here.

The Mohanlal factor clearly played a huge part as Jr NTR not have any fan base here. The first day collection report of the movie also came today from trade guides in the industry. As per reports, the film had earned 1.07 crore from its first day run here in Kerala.

It is a record for a dubbed movie here in Kerala and once again it is Mohanlal who made it possible. The previous best was around 50 lakhs earned by Allu Arjun movie named Yodhavu which released this year. It is for the first time that a movie had grossed 1 crore plus on the first day here when it comes to dubbed movies.

Mohanlal’s previous release Vismayam also got a first week gross around 2.6 crore from here. It was also a movie from Tollywood. Once again this man shows that whatever may be the language, he is the biggest crowd puller here in Mollywood.
