Kerala Box Office : Oozham Collection Report 20 Days

Prithviraj starrer movie named Oozham which released in this Onam season is having an average box office run now here in Kerala. This Jeethu Joseph directorial revenge drama had got negative to average reviews from the audience and critics alike. In theaters too, it done only an average business considering the number of holidays we had in the last three weeks.

The film had been made using a budget of 10 crore+ and it is a big budget movie for sure. As per the latest reports that is coming in from trade guides in our industry, the flick had earned around 14.2 crore from its 20 days of run here in Kerala. The net figure is around 11.40 crore and the share earned by the flick is around 6.5 crore.

To earn a profit from theater share alone seems impossible for Oozham now, as big releases will come and take way the screens from Oozham in the coming week. In rest of India Market and overseas as well the flick had done only an average business.

There was great hype for the movie before its release and the expectation on Jeethu Joseph-Prithviraj movie was great. Actors like Neeraj Madhav, Balachandra Menon, Pashupathy, Jayaprakash etc had also played important characters in this movie and the female lead was played by Divya Pillai.
