Kerala Box Office : Oppam Collection Report 7 Days

Oppam, what can we say about the performance of this movie in Box office. Words are not enough to describe the craze for a Mohanlal movie here in Kerala if it gets a good word of mouth. There is a talk in our industry that if a Mohanlal movie gets a decent word of mouth from the public, them it will end up as one of the all-time blockbusters in Mollywood. No other artists or star here can do like him in box office performance.

The same thing repeating with Oppam. The flick had released on September 8 this year and got very good reports from its first show itself. From there the flick is cruising in box office and it seems unstoppable as well. It had broken the record of Premam and becomes the fastest Mollywood movie to gross 1crore from here.

Now it had set another record as well and become the highest first week grosser in Mollywood. As per official reports, the flick had earned 12.61 crores from its 7 days run here in Kerala and earned a share above 6.03 crore as well.

Now, Oppam is the second best all-time highest first week grosser in Kerala after Kabali. Kabali had grossed over 13 crore from 7 days. Priyadarshan who had written and directed this movie had made a terrific comeback and Oppam is now moving to become the highest grosser of this year within no time.
