Oppam Collection record 20 crore collection
Oppam, the blockbuster of the year had made just another record and this time also Premam record was broken in Kerala box office. Oppam has crossed 20 crore from Kerala alone from just 11 days where as Premam had done it in 14 days. Oppam seems unstoppable at box office and other releases are really struggling in front of the box office storm created by this Mohanlal movie directed by Priyadarshan.
As per the reports coming in from official sources, Oppam had grossed around 20.15 crore from 11 days of its run here in Kerala and it had earned a share around 9.5 crore as well. The production cost of the movie is 6.80 crore including print and publicity and it got close 2 crore as profit from theater run alone in just 11 day time and that is phenomenal to say the very least.
The flick is going great on working day as well as the theater reports from today shows us that the flick has been getting steady crowd from all around. If it goes like this way it will may break all existing box office records of Malayalam film industry. It is rocking in Rest of India market as well as it jumped from 5th to 4th place in Chennai box office as well in its second week.
It had crossed 1 crore+ from Ernakulam multiplexes alone from 11 days and it is Mohanlal’s second 1 crore earning movie after Drishyam from Ernakulam multiplexes. It made record in Trivandrum as well as it grossed record figure from Trivandrum city alone in just 10 days run there.
