Theri gross collection to reach 200 crore mark soon

Vijay starrer Theri to reach the milestone of 200 crore box office collection very soon as per reports. The film directed and written by Atlee had already grossed near 175 crores from its worldwide run till now and from India alone it had grossed more than 120 crore.

The flick has been created records at overseas market as well even by beating Bollywood flicks like Akshay Kumar’s Airlift in Australia and New Zealand. Even the film like Fan starred by Sharukh Khan did not able to stand before the Theri storm at many overseas markets.

The flick had released on last month 14th and now completed 25 days in theaters. In Tamil Nadu, it surpassed the records created by Vijay’s films like Thuppakki and Kaththi. It had also broken the record set by Rajinikanth’s Enthiran few years back. The film has set record in Kerala as well by becoming the second highest other language grosser after Vikram’s Ai as per unofficial reports.

Samantha and Amy Jackson had played the female leads in this movie. Another important character was played by Baby Nainika who is the daughter of actress Meena. Mahendran played the Villain in it and Prabhu, Radhika Sarath Kumar also played a key roles in this film. Vijay had played a cop role in it and sported 3 different getups.
