Paappan starts rolling; Check out the launch pics!

Suresh Gopi’s new film ‘Paappan’ with veteran director Joshiy has started rolling today. The film was launched with a customary pooja and switch on ceremony held at St Dominic’s Cathedral in Kanjirappally. Almost all the cast and crew members were present for the launch.

‘Paappan’ is written by RJ Shaan, who had earlier co-scripted ‘C/O Saira Banu’. According to him, it is a family-based film with mystery and suspense elements in it. Suresh Gopi plays a character named Abraham Mathew Mathan in the film. Sunny Wayne, Nyla Usha, Neeta Pillai and Gokul Suresh Gopi are also essaying major roles in it.

Others in the cast include Kaniha, Vijayaraghavan, Asha Sarath, Chandhunadh, Tini Tom and Shammy Thilakan. Cinematographer Ajay David Kachappilly, music director Jakes Bejoy and editor Shyam Sasidharan comprise the core technical team.

The film is being produced by David Kachappilly Productions and Cubes International Group. It will be presented by Agosh Cinemas and Chand V Movies.
