mohanlal blessy movie 100 years of Chrysostom Philipose Mar Chrysostom
Blessy, the master director who is known for his classic films here in Mollywood had earlier announced that he will be making the cinematic version of Benyamin’s popular novel Aadu Jeevitham with Prithviraj in the lead. The film will be a big budget one and will be in 3D as well as per reports. It will only begin filming in next year and will be completed in 2018 as the subject needs that much time.
Before that Blessy will do 2 projects. One will be the Hindi remake of his Mohanlal starrer classic named Thanmathra and other one will be a biographical documentary on Philipose Mar Chrysostom. Mohanlal is said to be appearing in that documentary and they had already had a discussion about it. Blessy had already directed 7 films and he had made most of his films with Mohanlal.
Some picture of Blessy and Mohanlal in discussion with Philipose Mar Chrysostom had gone viral in social media and reports says that the documentary will be titled as 100 years of Chrysostom. He will be turning 100 years old next year and the film will release as a birthday gift to this great man. There are rumors that Mammootty may also appear in this film but it is not a confirmed report.
Apart from Mohanlal, many other popular figures from different fields in our society will appear in this biographical documentary. Mohanlal and Philipose Mar Chrysostom share a great bond and it was Mohanlal who had cut his birthday cake last year.
