8 years of Mumbai Police: Rosshan Andrrews confirms remaking the film!

It has been 8 years since the release of ‘Mumbai Police’, which is considered as one of the finest thriller films ever made in Malayalam cinema. Directed by Rosshan Andrrews and scripted by Bobby-Sanjay Duo, the film had Prithviraj, Jayasurya and Rahman in the lead roles.

On the 8th anniversary of its release, director Rosshan took to his social media handle to share some photos from the film’s making. He also added that they are remaking the film soon, details regarding which will be revealed shortly. His Facebook post reads,

8 years of ‘ Mumbai police ‘ !!! Sharing some great memories with you all …. Aliyaaaaaa …… still people talk about this film! We are remaking this film very soon …. will give all the details … just wait … love you all !

Rosshan Andrrews is currently working on another cop thriller, ‘Salute’, that has Dulquer Salmaan as the lead. Bobby-Sanjay duo is scripting this film as well. Shoot has already been completely and the makers are now busy with the post-production works.
