A film with Mohanlal is my biggest dream, says Ranjith Sankar

Ranjith Shankar, who is one of the most popular director now shared his biggest dream. Like many film makers in India, his dream is to make a film with the greatest actor in India, Mr. Mohanlal. Ranjith Shankar says that he had completed a script for doing a film with Mohanlal, but not yet met him with the script. He is doing a film in the near future ith Jayasurya in the lead titled as Pretham. After that he will meet Mohanlal with the script and hopes that it will be his first association with Mohanlal.

Renjith Shankar who had begun his career with Passenger which had Dileep and Sreenivasan in the lead, later done films with Prithviraj like Arjunan Sakshi, Molly Aunty Rocks, With Jayasurya like Punyalan Agarbathees and Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam and Varsham with Mammootty in the lead as well. But still cannot able to do a film with his favorite star Mohanlal and hope that he will be able to do it soon. Ranjith Shankar says that even the thought of spending some time with Mohanlal gives him hell of a lot energy.

He had done Varsham with Mammootty, in which Mammootty was also a production partner. He had associated with Jayasurya for the production of two films such as Punyalan Agarbathees and Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam and both are box office successes.

They are planning a sequel to Punyalan Agarbathees as well. Their upcoming film Pretham will be a horror comedy as the title suggests.
