After Thadam, Arun Vijay’s next is with Dhuruvangal 16 fame Karthick Naren?

Arun Vijay is currently on a high with the superhit success of his latest release ‘Thadam’. The movie directed by Magizh Thirumeni has the actor in a dual role. Taking everyone by surprise, the movie emerged as a big hit, particularly in Kerala, where the movie got released with minimal hype. While ‘Thadam’ is still doing well in theatres, Arun Vijay is in pursuit of new exciting scripts.

It is reported that young filmmaker Karthick Naren approached Arun Vijay with a script which impressed the actor. Leading banner Lyca Productions is saif to be producing the movie. An official confirmation in this regard is still awaited.

Meanwhile, Arun Vijay has some other films in his kitty. He recently finished shooting his portions for the Prabhas starrer ‘Saaho’. He is playing a very prominent role in the movie. Arun Vijay also has ‘Moodar Koodam’ fame Naveen’s Agni Siragugal, debutant Vivek’s ‘Boxer’ and another project in which will have him playing a police officer. again after ‘Kuttram 23’.

Karthik Naren is still awiating the release of his long delayed ‘Naragasooran’.The movie starring Arvind Swamy, Indrajith, Sundeep Kishan, Shriya Saran and Aathmika was supposed to release last year itself but got tangled in a few production issues. The director had also announced his third project ‘Nadaga Medai’, but it is yet to take off.
