Aishwarya Lekshmi joins Vishnu Vishal’s Gatta Kusthi

Vishnu Vishal’s new film ‘Gatta Kusthi’ went on floors last day. Directed by Chella Ayyavu, it is a wrestling-based film made as a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. Vishnu Vishal Studio is jointly producing the film along with Telugu actor and Ravi Teja’s RT Teamworks. It has music scored by Justin Prabhakaran, cinematography by Richard M Nathan, and editing by Prasanna GK.

The makers have signed Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead. The ‘Mayaanadhi’ actor was also part of the first day of shoot. Vishnu Vishal shared a few location stills in his social media and welcomed Aishwarya to the team.

Aishwarye made her Tamil debut in 2019 with the Vishal starrer ‘Action’. She also starred in ‘Jagame Thandhiram’ alongside Dhanush and the Amazon anthology ‘Putham Pudhu Kaalai Vidiyathaa’. She is also part of Arya’s ‘Captain’ and the upcoming Mani Ratnam biggie ‘Ponniyin Selvan’.
