Aishwarya Lekshmi to make her Tamil debut alongside Vishal

Aishwarya Lekshmi is the current heartthrob of Malayalam cinema. Though she made her debut with Nivin Pauly’s Njandukalude Naatil Oridavela, it was her performance in the romantic thriller, Mayaanadhi that made her popular among the masses. Starring alongside Tovino Thomas, Aishwarya gave one of the finest performances from a female actor in recent years and she soon became a much-in-demand star.

As always has the case been with heroines, the doors of other industries have opened and Aishwarya has decided to take up one. She is making her Tamil debut with Vishal’s upcoming movie to be directed by Sundar C. Tamannah Bhatia is also there in the movie as the other female lead. This yet-to-be-titled movie is touted to be a typical Sundar C style mass entertainer. Trident Arts is producing the movie, which is slated to go on floors from January, 2019.

Aishwarya meanwhile has a couple of films coming up in Malayalam. Her next release will be ‘Varathan’, in which she is paired with Fahadh Faasil. She has also completed shooting for ‘Vijay Superum Pournamayium’, a rom-com with Asif Ali. ‘Argentina Fans Kattoorkadavu’ with Kalidas Jayaram is another promising film in Aishwarya’s kitty.
