South Indian superstar Ajith Kumar, renowned for his versatile roles on-screen, is preparing to mark his return to motor racing in 2025. The Federation of Motor Sports Club of India (FMSCI) recently announced Ajith Kumar’s comeback plan, confirming his participation in the European GT4 championship. Negotiations are underway with teams across the UK, Middle East, and Europe, with sponsors eagerly anticipating his return to the track.

President of FMSCI and Ajith Kumar’s racing mentor, Akbar Ebrahim, expressed his enthusiasm for the actor’s comeback, praising his talent and passion for racing. Ebrahim noted Ajith Kumar’s role as a prominent ambassador for the sport.

Amidst his racing ambitions, Ajith Kumar is currently immersed in the filming of Vidaamuyarchi. Directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions, the film features a stellar cast including Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Arav, and Regina Cassandra. The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with Om Prakash handling cinematography and N B Srikanth managing editing duties.
