Ajith wins 6 medals at 46th Tamil Nadu State Shooting Championship

Tamil superstar Ajith is well-known for his multiple interests besides acting. He is often seen getting into adventure sports and activities like car racing, bike rides, cycling etc. Of late, he has also been into rifle shooting. The actor recently participated in the 46th Tamil Nadu State Shooting Championship and won a total of 6 medals including 3 golds.

Ajith represented the Chennai Rifle Club along with Siddharth Sivakumar, A Jagannathan, Sumeet Harkisondas Sanghavi, Vijay Kumar, Varun Madhu and S Sudhakar at various events. The team won gold in Air Pistol 10mts (ISSF), Center Fire Pistol .32 (NR) 25mts and Standard Pistol .22 (ISSF) 25mts. They bagged silver in Center Fire Pistol .32 (ISSF) 25mts and Standard Pistol .22 (NR) 25mts.

At the 45th Tamil Nadu State Shooting Championship, Ajith had represented the Chennai Rifle Club in the 10 metre air rifle and 50 metre free pistol category. Photos of him practicing at the rifle clubs are often spotted doing the rounds in social medias.

Meanwhile, the star’s fans are eagerly waiting for the release of ‘Valimai’. The film directed by H Vinoth has been in the making for well over a year. Final schedule of shoot has been planned in Europe and it is expected to hit screens this Diwali.
