Akshay Kumar, Govinda, and Paresh Rawal Set to Reunite for ‘Bhagam Bhag 2’ After 20 Years

Known for its unforgettable humor, Priyadarshan’s Bhagam Bhag became a cult classic over the years. Now, after nearly two decades, fans can anticipate the comeback of the comedy trio in Bhagam Bhag 2, slated to begin production by late 2025 and set for release in 2026.

The project, backed by Sarita Ashwin Varde of Roaring River Productions in collaboration with Shemaroo Entertainment, aims to recapture the original film’s magic with a fresh storyline. Currently in its early writing stages, the makers are committed to doing justice to the original’s legacy, promising audiences a laughter-filled experience.

Akshay Kumar, who has also worked on popular franchises like Hera Pheri and Jolly LLB, is excited to bring this special project back to life. As the scripting wraps up, fans eagerly await more updates, including the announcement of a director.
