Akshay Kumar Launches Hindi Trailer of Mohanlal’s ‘Barroz’; Expresses Deep Admiration for the Superstar

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar unveiled the Hindi trailer of Mohanlal’s much-anticipated fantasy drama Barroz: Guardian of Treasure at a grand event held on Wednesday. The film, which marks Mohanlal’s directorial debut, has already created a buzz with its intriguing storyline and visual grandeur.

At the event, Akshay Kumar expressed his admiration for the Malayalam superstar, stating, “I, like many others, am a fan of Mohan Sir and have watched most of his films. One of my favorites is a film directed by my dear friend Priyadarshan.” Mohanlal, in turn, extended his gratitude to Akshay for taking time out of his busy schedule to grace the occasion.

The trailer introduces Mohanlal as Barroz, a friendly ghost who guards a treasure hidden in a mystical castle. According to the legend, the treasure can only be retrieved by a special girl who can see and communicate with Barroz. Packed with vibrant visuals, magical elements, and an emotional core, the trailer promises an enchanting cinematic experience reminiscent of Disney fairytales.

Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under Aashirvad Cinemas, Barroz features cinematography by the acclaimed Santosh Sivan and music by prodigious composer Lydian Nadaswaram.
