Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule Creates History with ₹100 Crore Advance Booking Ahead of Release
Allu Arjun’s much-awaited film Pushpa 2: The Rule already creates waves in the box office even before its release. Scheduled to hit theatres globally on December 5, the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise has achieved a historic milestone by crossing ₹100 crore in advance ticket sales for its opening day. This remarkable feat makes it one of the biggest Indian films in terms of pre-release earnings.
The film’s production team took to social media to announce the achievement, stating, “Pushpa 2: The Rule crosses the ₹100 CRORES mark with advance bookings. THE BIGGEST INDIAN FILM is on a record-breaking spree.”
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles and is produced on a massive budget of nearly ₹400 crore. Trade analysts have high expectations, with Ramesh Bala predicting the film could rake in ₹250-275 crore globally on its first day alone. In the Telugu states, with premium pricing and special premiere shows, the film is expected to surpass ₹100 crore in day-one collections.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is already being compared to blockbuster hits like Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan and Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2, with experts forecasting new benchmarks in Indian cinema. Fans and trade pundits alike are eager to witness this cinematic juggernaut dominate the box office.
