Anirudh to compose music for Dileep’s Parakkum Pappan?

Back in 2018, it was announced that Dileep would be starring in a film titled ‘Parakkum Pappan’. With script by Rafi and direction by debutant Viyan Vishnu, it was said to be a local superhero flick. However, there has been no updates about the project ever since then.

The latest we hear is that the makers are trying to revive the project. Tamil cinema’s top music director Anirudh Ravichander is said to be in talks to compose music for the film. If he gets on board, this will mark his Malayalam debut. Earlier, Anirudh had lent his vocals for a Tamil song in Alphonse Puthren’s ‘Premam’.

‘Parakkum Pappan’ will be produced jointly by Dileep’s Graand Productions and Carnival Motion Pictures. More details are expected to be officially announced shortly.
