Antony Varghese to star in Thanneer Mathan Dhinangal makers next!

It seems like Antony Varghese is on a signing spree. He currently has around five projects in his kitty and such busy schedule meant that he had to opt out of ‘Thalapathy 64’, in which he had the huge opportunity to act alongside the likes of Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. Though it was a costly miss, Antony is in no mood to slow down. He recently finished shooting for ‘Aanaparambile World Cup’ and is now working on Tinu Pappachan’s ‘Ajagajantharam’. More recently, the actor committed for a project with Shebin Becker, one of the producers of ‘Thanneer Mathan Dhinangal’ (TMD).

Vineeth Vasudevan, a familiar name in the short film circles, is making his directorial debut with this film. It is scripted by Varun Dhara, also a newcomer. Along with Shebin, Girish AD, the director of ‘TMD’, is also involved in this upcoming film’s production. More details are expected to be officially announced soon.

Vineeth Vasudevan has made some noted short films like ‘Nilam’ and ‘Video Maranam’. His last work ‘Veli’ was an acclaimed one that got him the award for Best Film and Best Screenplay at this year’s FEFKA Short Film Festival. He was also chosen as the Best Director at the SIIMA Short Film Awards, 2019.
