Anu Emmanuel to play the female lead in Allu Arjun’s Naa Peru Surya

Stylish star Allu Arjun will be next seen in debutant Vakkantham Vamsi’s commercial entertainer titled as Naa Peru Surya. The movie has some big names associated with it, both in the cast as well as the technical team. Popular South Indian actors Arjun Sarja and Sarathkumar will be sharing screen space with Allu Arjun. Bollywood composers Vishal-Shekhar is handling the music department and National award winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi has been roped in to wieldi the camera.

Latest addition to the camp is Malayali actress Anu Emmanuel, who has been paired opposite Allu Arjun for the first time in her career. Eventhough Anu started her acting career in Mollywood, she found big success in Telugu by starring in films like Majnu, Oxygen and Kittu Unnadu Jagartha.

Anu was confirmed to play the female lead by the makers of Naa Peru Surya after looking for several other options. Apparently, they were highly impressed by her charm and performance in her previous films.

Eventhough this upcoming Allu Arjun starrer is Vakkantham Vamsi’s debut directorial, he has written stories for many successful movies like Kick, Race Gurram, Yevadu, Temper etc. It is being said that the upcoming film will have some epic battle sequences since war remains an essential part of the narrative of the film.

Naa Peru Surya is being produced by Sirisha, Sridhar, Lagadapati, Bunny Vasu and K. Nagendra Babu under the banner of Ramalakshmi Cine Creations.
