Anu Sithara thanks Unni Mukundan for helping her lose 6 kgs in a month!

Anu Sithara has trimmed her body weight by 6 kilos within a month. The actress has shared her new photos in her social media handle. She looks fit and trim in the stills. Anu has also thanked her colleague Unni Mukundan for helping her lose weight. Unni, known for being a fitness freak, helped her by suggesting a good diet plan. It is worth a mention that the two are close friends and have acted together in ‘Achayans’ and ‘Mamangam’.

Anu Sithara has written,

I wanted to lose weight.
I was searching for a trainer to get my body trimmed and when I ask unniyettan for some reference @iamunnimukundan
He taught me a good diet plan specially for ladies ..
I lose 6kg in a month and am continuing this .. once again tnk u @iamunnimukundan .. you taught me the right procedure of how to diet.

Notably, Unni Mukundan had also gone through an amazing physical transformation recently by shedding 16 kilos as he brought it down from 93 kgs to 77 kgs. It took only 3 months for the actor to get back in shape.
