AR Rahman to compose music for Simbu’s next with Gautham Menon

Recently, it was announced that Simbu would be teaming up with director Gautham Menon for a new film. The project, which has tentatively been titled as ‘Silambarasan TR 47’, is produced by Dr Ishari K Ganesh of Vels International. The makers have got AR Rahman to compose music for this film.

The trio of Gautham Menon, Simbu and AR Rahman have earlier worked together in ‘Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya’ and ‘Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada’. The maestro’s music in both these films were hugely successful and they will hoping to continue the magic again.

During the announcement, Gautham Menon had tweeted that it is a special project and it feels like homecoming to work with Simbu. Last day, he tweeted,
