Arya replaces Prithviraj in Mammootty movie The Great Father ?

The first look poster of Mega Star Mammootty’s upcoming movie The Great Father has been released and got good response from all over. A Debutant named Haneef Adeni will direct this movie, which will be a stylish family thriller. August Cinemas owned by Prithviraj Sukumaran, Arya, Santhosh Sivan and Shaji Nadeshan is producing this movie and it will start rolling from August last week.

Mammootty is now finishing up his Tamil movie named Peranbu directing by Ram and after finishing it, he will join this project and it will be his Christmas release as well. Earlier there were reports that Prithvirraj will play an extended cameo in this movie. But now an unconfirmed report coming in that popular Kollywood actor Arya, who is one of the owners of August Cinema, replaced Prithvirj in this movie.

Arya had earlier acted in Two Malayalam movies. One was Santhosh Sivan directorial Urumi with Prithviraj in the lead and another was Lijo Jose Pellissery directorial movie Double Barrel in which Prithviraj, Indrajith, Asif Ali etc played the lead characters. Both those movies were bankrolled by August Cinemas. Now, if this report coming in is true, then it will be Arya’s 3rd movie in Mollywood and his 3rd film for August Cinemas as well.

Kollywood actress Sneha playing the female lead in this movie and Baby Sara Arjun also may play an important character in this movie.
