Asif Ali-Rajisha Vijayan starrer Ellam Sheriyakum is a political film

As reported by us earlier, Asif Ali and Rajisha Vijayan are coming together once again after the superhit success of ‘Anuraga Karikkin Vellam’. Their new film titled ‘Ellam Sheriyakum’ will be directed by Jibu Jacob. We hear that it is a political film with a satirical tone. Three newcomers Sharis, Shalbin and Nebin are scripting the film that is set to go on floors in March.

‘Ellam Sheriyakum’ is director Jibu Jacob’s second film with Asif, as he had played a cameo role in the director’s superhit debut film, ‘Vellimoonga’, starring Biju Menon in the lead. This new film is being produced by Thomas Thiruvalla and Dr Paul Varghese under the banner of Dr Paul’s Entertainment.

On the technical front, Sreejith Nair will be cranking the camera. Music department will be handled by veteran Ouseppachan and Sooraj ES is trusted with the edits. Central Pictures will be releasing the film in Kerala.
