B Unnikrishnan wishes luck for Pranav Mohanlal and his movie Aadhi!

After much anticipation, Pranav Mohanlal’s debut film as a lead actor Aadhi is hitting screens tomorrow (January 26). The movie is expected to take a big opening as it has a massive pre-release hype. It is set to be released in over 200 screens all across the state. The Malayali audience, Mohanlal fans in particular, are highly excited about Pranav’s comeback to the industry.

Not just the commoners, industry insiders are also excited about Aadhi’s release. Director B Unnikrishnan, who is very close to Mohanlal’s family, wished luck for Pranav and his movie Aadhi. The movie written and directed by Jeethu Joseph has Pranav playing an aspiring musician.

Aadhi is an action-thriller with an emotional element at its core. As per the makers, action sequences will be the movie’s major highlight. Pranav has performed some highly risky stunts in the movie. Prior to the shoot, he was trained in Parkour by experts who were flown in from France.

Aadhi has a good set of actors in the supporting cast. Telugu actor Jagpathi Babu, noted for his role in Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan, will be seen as the villain in the movie. Siddique, Lena, Anusree, Sharafudheen, Aditi Ravi, Sijoy Varghese, Siju Wilson, Nobi, Tony Luke and Krishna Shankar are also part of the movie.

Satheesh Kurup is the cinematographer and Ayoob Khan is in charge of the edits. Anil Johnson is handling the music department. Antony Perumbavoor is producing this movie under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
