Baahubali 2 The Collection strikes gold at the US box office
Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, released on April 28 has smashed several box office records. It is now the highest grossing Indian movie as well as the first ever Indian movie to cross the 1000 crore mark.
The movie has also become third highest weekend grosser in Bollywood. It was reported by the world’s leading news channel BBC News.
The leading international television channel confirmed that Baahubali 2 is placed third at the USA box office in its opening weekend. They also added that the film has managed to get a place in the top 10 rankings at the UK box office.
The SS Rajamouli directorial surpassed the lifetime collections of Aamir Khan’s PK (792 Cr) from it’s 10 days theatrical run. By toppling Aamir Khan’s PK, Baahuabli 2 the highest grossing became movie ever.
Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam languages. It was released in over 9000 theatres worldwide and opened to phenomenal response. The movie’s Hindi version alone has grossed around Rs 375 crore in 6 days.
