‘Baahubali’ fame Kaecha choreographs the stunts in Pathinettam Padi
Actor-writer Shanker Ramakrishnan’s directorial debut ‘Pathinettam Padi’ is gearing up to hit screens. The makers have released a couple of songs already and a teaser is expected soon. The movie is eagerly awaited by a section of audience as it has some big star presence. Though the lead roles are played by newcomers, the cast also include stars like Mammootty, Prithviraj and Unni Mukundan.
Though its technical crew mostly comprises of newcomers, stunts in the movie are choreographed by popular stunt master Kaecha Kampakdee, who has worked in movies like ‘Baahubali 2’, ‘Thuppakki’, ‘Bhaagi’, and ‘Vishwaroopam’. For ‘Pathinettam Padi’, Kaecha and his Jaika Stunts Team from Thailand had conducted an action training camp for the newcomers.
‘Pathinettam Padi’ is said to be a story about the rivalry between a bunch teenagers from two different schools. Mammootty plays a character named John Abraham Palackal and he sports a new look in the movie. It is said to be a very prominent character that basically takes the story forward. Prithviraj and Unni Mukundan will be seen in guest appearances. The cast also comprises of Priya Anand, Saniya Iyappan, Ahaana Krishna, Maala Parvathy, Biju Sopanam and many others.
