‘Baahubali’ star Prabhas’ new film launched!

Telugu superstar Prabhas’ new film with director Radhakrishna Kumar was launched today in Hyderabad with a customary pooja ceremony. The project was first announced two years back and has ever since then been in the news. The movie was supposed to go on floors last year but had to be postponed due to Prabhas’ earlier committed project, Saaho. The actor took to his social media handle to share the news about his new project. He has written,

“Hey guys, I am very excited to share with you the launch of my next trilingual film, directed by KK Radha Krishna and produced by Gopi Krishna movies in association with UV creations. The shoot for the same with Pooja Hegde will begin very soon…”

Prabhas 20 (working title) has been planned to be made as a trilingual in Telugu, Hindi and Tami. The makers have signed Pooja Hedge as the female lead, while Krishnam Raju has been cast in a prominent role. Bollywood composer Amit Trivedi will be handling the music department and Manoj Pramahamsa will be cranking the camera. The movie is to be bankrolled by UV creations and Gopi Krishna movies. Shoot is set to begin on September 20 with a schedule in Europe.
