Basil Joseph’s next will have Mammootty and Tovino Thomas in the lead roles

Basil Joseph is one of the most promising new gen directors in Mollywood. His last release Godha was a big success in the box office with critics also lauding him for his growth as a director from his debut work Kunjiramayanam. For the last few weeks, there have been several reports about the director teaming up with noted writer Unni R for his next movie.

Basil Joseph has finally confirmed the news today with a post in his official Facebook page. His next film will have Megastar Mammootty and Tovino Thomas in the lead. Unni R, noted for his scripts like Munnariyippu and Charlie, is penning this movie. The director has also shared a couple of photos with Mammootty and Tovino in his page.

This is a highly exciting project as Mammootty and Tovino will be sharing screen space for the first time. Unni R is a renowned writer and hence the audience can be assured of a quality film from Basil and team. This yet to be titled movie will be produced by CV Sarathy and Mukesh R Mehta under the banner of E4Entertainment in association with AV Anoop’s AVA Productions.
