Bell Bottom becomes the first film in the world to start and finish shooting during the pandemic

Shoot for Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Bell Bottom’ has successfully been wrapped up. The makers claim it to be the first mainstream film in the world to start and finish during the pandemic. Akshay Kumar informed the completion of shoot by sharing a new poster. Along with that he also tweeted,

Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. Its teamwork and I am grateful to each and every member of the cast and crew. #BellBottomCompleted

‘Bell Bottom’ directed by Ranjit M Tewari is a spy thriller shot completely abroad. It is the official remake of the Kannada film of the same name. Huma Quereshi, Lara Dutta and Vaani Kapoor are the three female leads in the film. Malayali cinematographer Rajeev Ravi has cranked the camera in ‘Bell Bottom’. The ace DOP is well known for his recurring collaboration with Anurag Kashyap. ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, ‘Dev D’ and ‘Udta Punjab’ are some of his most popular works in Bollywood.

‘Bell Bottom’ is jointly produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani. It is scheduled to hit the screens on April 2, 2021.
