Bollywood based production company to bankroll Jeethu Joseph’s next with Karthi and Jyothika

As reported by us recently, Jeethu Joseph’s next film will be in Tamil with Karthi. The director himself has confirmed this in a interview. Jyothika is also said to be playing a prominent role in the movie. It will be her first film with her brother-in-law Karthi. Bollywood based production giant Viacom 18 will be funding the movie. Jyothika’s brother Suraj is also said to be part of the production.

Currently, Jeethu Joseph is working on the script with Rensil D’Silva and Manikandan. The makers are planning to start shooting from April. An official announcement with full details regarding the cast and crew will be made shortly

Karthi will soon start shooting for his new film with ‘Remo’ director Bakkiyaraj Kannan. Touted to be an action cum family drama, the film marks the Tamil debut of South Indian sensation Rashmika Mandanna. Jyothika on the other hand is working on a movie titled ‘Ratchasi’. The movie directed by debutant S.Raj has her playing the role of a government school teacher who strives to improve the quality of education.
