Bollywood Model Pooja Mishra had filed a case against Sunny Leone demanding 100 cr compensation

Bollywood actress Sunny Leone landed in legal trouble as one of the Bollywood model and Big Boss TV show contestant Pooja Mishra had filed a case against her in the Bombay High Court demanding 100 crore compensation from Sunny Leone for defaming her and conspired against her. The trial will be held after the vacation as the petitioner was absent when the matter was called out before the court as per reports. Justice Naresh Patil declared that it will only be considered after the vacation.

Pooja Mishra alleges that Sunny Leone only made a late entry to the Big Boss season 5. Pooja was there from the beginning of that season. Later Sunny Leone had given some interviews to Medias in which she spoke words which defamed Pooja Mishra and Pooja says that those words had come out of pure jealousy towards her.

She alleges that Sunny Leone is full of Malice and Pooja even accused Sunny Leone that she is behind the defaming article that came against her in a City Newspaper. It made her reputation go bad in front of the public and she had suffered a loss over 70 lakhs as a part of fixing all that.

So she had filed a petition against Sunny Leone under the IPC section 500 and 120(b) for defaming and conspiring against her and wants 100 crore rupees as compensation from Sunny Leone.
