The Mollywood stars who are a part of the Celebrity Cricket Club (C3) yesterday met the god of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar at Kaloor Jawaharlal Nehru International stadium during the match between Kerala Blasters Football team owned by Sachin and North East United team owned by John Abraham. The stars who met Sachin yesterday was Indrajith, Kunchacko Boban, Vijay Yesudas, Nikhil Menon, Deepan Shiva Kumar, Prashanth Alexander along with Arun Balachandran who is the CEO of FWD magazine who is one of the official life style partner of Kerala Blasters Football team. They are the life style partner of Celebrity Cricket club as well.

The film stars were super delighted and excited hell of a lot while meeting with the legend Sachin and with Sachin they shared their experience of playing at Lords cricket ground as part of their celebrity cricket club match. They shared with the master about the charity and cricket they are involved with and cheered for blasters. The match was won by Blasters 3-1 yesterday as the happy moment became more happier for the film stars. The C3 members were introduced to Sachin by the FWD life Magazine at Kochi as we said above.

The celebrity cricket club is the association by actors, directors and singers from Mollywood for charity activities and comradeship. They use a part of their time to provide helping hand for the needy people and amasses money through playing charity cricket matches. Malayalam cinema artists and technicians were always encouraged these kind of charity oriented programmes and activities apart from doing their own personal charities. They are always there to help poor and needy with whatever way they can like the pension given to its members by AMMA, the association of Malayalam movie artists.

Now there is two cricket teams for Kerala including the one which plays in the Celebrity Cricket League named AMMA Kerala Strikers lead by Super star Mohanlal. They are also giving the revenues from the matches to charity causes. The Kerala Strikers and C3 will be on the way to greater heights with their activities and the C3 is now one step ahead with their more active performances and after all they met the Cricket God himself with their idea.
