Check out the Eid special poster of Meppadiyan

On the holy occasion of Eid, the makers of ‘Meppadiyaan’ have released a new poster featuring lead actor Unni Mukundan and Indrans. The film written and directed by debutant Vishnu Mohan is touted to be a complete family entertainer. Unni, who is normally associated with stylish urban roles, will be seen as an ordinary guy named Jayakrishnan in the film. Anju Kurian is paired with him.

Last month, the makers had released the first single featuring the two leads. Within a month, the song video has crossed the 1 million mark in YouTube. The video also has 30k likes. Titled as ‘Kannil Minnum’, it is a lovely track that features montage shots of the daily lives of various characters in the film. Karthik and Nithya Mammen have lent their vocals for the song. It is composed by Rahul Subramanian and lyrics is written by Joe Paul.

‘Meppadiyaan’ has an elaborate supporting cast comprising of actors like Aju Varghese, Vijay Babu, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Nisha Sarang, Indrans, Saiju Kurup, Kundara Johny, Major Ravi, Sreejith Ravi, Kottayam Ramesh and Pauly Valsan.
