Shoot for Suresh Gopi’s ‘Paappan’ is progressing at brisk pace. The film helmed by veteran director Joshiy has Suresh Gopi playing the lead character named Abraham Mathew Mathan. Some new location stills featuring him has been shared online. The star’s stylish salt and pepper look is indeed the highlight.

It is after a long gap that Suresh Gopi is playing such a stylish character, so fans are eagerly looking forward to the film. He is said to be playing an ex-police officer’s role. Along with him, the film has his son Gokul Suresh Gopi, Sunny Wayne, Nyla Usha and Neeta Pillai essaying other major roles. Kaniha, Vijayaraghavan, Asha Sarath, Chandhunadh, Tini Tom and Shammy Thilakan are also part of the supporting cast.

‘Paappan’ is scripted by RJ Shaan, who had earlier co-written ‘C/O Saira Banu’. The film is shaping up as a family-based entertainer with mystery and suspense elements in it.
