Chiranjeevi welcomes Kajal Aggarwal and husband Gautam Kitchlu at Acharya sets

Kajal Aggarwal is back to shooting after her wedding and honeymoon trip at Maldives. The actress joined the sets of Telugu film ‘Acharya’ today. She was accompanied by her husband Gautam Kitchlu at the location in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi welcomed the newlyweds with garlands and a cake cutting session. The makers have shared the photos in social medias.

‘Acharya’ directed by Koratala Siva tells the story of a social reformer, who fights against misuse of temple funds and donations. The story is about a middle-aged naxalite-turned-social reformer who launches a fight against the system. Chiranjeevi plays the lead role while his son Ram Charan will also be seen in a cameo role. Sonu Sood reportedly plays the villain part.

The makers had initially signed Trisha as the female lead but the actress opted out due to creative differences. Kajal Aggarwal later replaced her. Regina Cassandra has also done a special number in the film. The team is currently shooting some important portions featuring Chiranjeevi and Kajal.
