Chunkzz sequel titled as Dhamaka

Director Omar Lulu had recently announced that ‘Chunkzz’ team will be coming together once again for his next film. The sequel has been titled as ‘Dhamaka’ and it is all set to start rolling. All the major actors from the first part, including Balu Varghese, Honey Rose, Ganapathi, Dharamajan, Lal and Hareesh Kanaran part of the sequel as well. ‘Chunkzz’ was a youthful comedy entertainer that got heavily panned by the critics but still managed to emerge as a big hit at the box office. The makers will be hoping to repeat the success this time as well.

Earlier, there were reports about Omar trying to rope in famous pornstar Mia Khalifa for ‘Chunkzz 2’. It was reported that a Mumbai based production company had also initiated talks with the representatives of Mia Khalifa, but nothing materialized.

It is worth a mention that Omar Lulu had announced two other projects – one a love story with ‘Oru Adaar Love’ fame Noorin Sheriff and another an action film with Babu Antony in the lead. Their current status is not yet known. He is also penning the story of a rural based love story, which will be directed by Roshni Dinaker of ‘Love Story’ fame. The movie which has an all new cast is produced by Omar’s own banner Omar Lulu Entertainments.
