Confirmed: Mysskin’s next with Arun Vijay is a cop flick

After falling out with Vishal during the shoot of ‘Thupparivalan 2’, there have been many speculations about director Mysskin’s upcoming films. In a recent interview, the director himself has revealed his plans. He currently has three projects lined up — a cop film with Arun Vijay, a horror flick titled ‘Kaavu’ and an action film with Simbu.

Arun Vijay’s film will be the first to go on the floors. This is the first time the talented actor will be working with Mysskin, so expectations are high. There were reports about this upcoming film being a sequel to the director’s own ‘Anjathe’, also a cop film, that got released back in 2008. Mysskin has however denied these reports. As per him, it is a fresh script with an interesting premise. All in Pictures is said to be producing the film. An official word is expected to be out soon.

Arun Vijay had recently wrapped up shoot for ‘Sinam’ and was working on Arivazhagan’s new film when the lockdown was announced. Touted to be a thriller, it is his second film with the director after the superhit success of ‘Kuttram 23’. The star also has some other interesting projects like ‘Boxer’ and ‘Agni Siragugal’ in the pipeline.
