Deepika Padukone to be paired with Shah Rukh Khan in Atlee’s film

Shah Rukh Khan’s long speculated film with Tamil director Atlee finally seems to be materializing. Bollywood medias are reporting that the superstar has given his final nod for the project. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions will be backing the film. It is said to be a romantic mass entertainer and the makers have got Deepika Padukone as the female lead. It will be her fourth film with the Shah Rukh Khan after ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Happy New Year’. Official announcement regarding SRK-Atlee film is still awaited.

Shah Rukh’s next film will most likely be with Siddharth Anand of ‘War’ fame. The film which has reportedly been titled as ‘Pathan’ might also have John Abraham in a major role. It is said that the film is planned on the lines of the director’s last film ‘War’. The Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff starrer was a massive blockbuster and the new film is also being planned as a similar big-scale action flick.

Shah Rukh Khan also has a film with hit maker Raj Kumar Hirani in the pipeline.
