Dileep’s upcoming film Shubharathri is based on a true story!

Dileep’s next movie titled as ‘Shubharathri’ will be helmed by Vyasan KP. The director last helmed the critically acclaimed film, ‘Ayal Jeevichiruppund’. He had also written the screenplay for ‘Avatharam’, which also had Dileep in the lead. ‘Shubharathri’ scripted by Vyasan is based on some real life events. As per the makers, the movie will have high scope of performance for the lead actors.

Along with Dileep, the movie also stars veteran actor Siddique in a prominent role. Anu Sithara has been roped in as the female lead.
The movie has a solid supporting cast comprising of Nedumudi Venu, Sai Kumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Indrans, Nadirshah, Hareesh Peradi, Manikandan, Saiju Kurup, Sudhi Koppa, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Prashanth, Shanthi Krishna, Asha Sarath, Sheelu Abraham, KPAC Lalitha and Thesni Khan.

Bijibal will be handling the music department in the movie. Aroma Mohan is producing and distributing the movie, shoot for which is set to commence next week.
