Dileesh Pothan joins the sets of CBI 5

Shoot for ‘CBI 5’ is progressing despite lead actor Mammootty getting infected with Covid-19. It is learnt that the actor is recovering fast and will be joining the sets soon. Meanwhile, actor-director Dileesh Pothan has started shooting for the film.

Last day, director K Madhu took to his Facebook page to share a photo taken with Dileesh Pothan and scenarist SN Swamy. Along with that he has written,

Delighted to be with one of my favourite Actors / Directors, Dileesh Pothen, who joined CBI Team.

Dileesh Pothan has previously acted in Mammootty’s films like ‘Gangster’, ‘Pullikkaran Staraa’ and ‘Unda’. The two will also be sharing screen space in the upcoming Amal Neerad directorial ‘Bheeshma Parvam’.

Meanwhile, ‘CBI 5’ has the presence of many other well-known actors. Mukesh, Sai Kumar, Ramesh Pisharody, Anoop Menon, Renji Panicker, Soubin Shahir, Sudev Nair, Prashanth Alexander, Jayakrishnan, Idavela Babu, Kottayam Ramesh, Azeez Nedumangad, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Anna Reshma Rajan, Makavika Menon, Makavika Nair, Swasika, and Ansiba Hassan are part of the film.
